Our Indigenous team works closely with Alberta’s Indigenous communities to raise awareness of the growing opportunities available for women in the skilled trades and transportation industry. Through community building and connection, our team offers support to Indigenous women to explore careers in areas where historically, women have been underrepresented.
More than 30% of our graduates are Indigenous and are now working in careers that provide them with higher earnings and a rewarding, fulfilling future that positively impacts their families and communities.
