What We Do
We offer industry recognized training for women looking to enter the construction, maintenance, and transportation industries. Over the last 20 years, we have grown to become a leading force, working alongside industry, government and communities to provide some of the best skilled trades and introductory driving and operating programs in Canada.
Our Impact
Over the last 20 years, our pre-apprenticeship training programs have positively impacted the lives of approximately 2,000 women, their families and the communities where they reside. We know when industry, government and community agencies work together to remove barriers for women to succeed, the possibilities for growth are immense.
